The chaos that recently gripped America has been replaced with an era of prosperity and joy. Markets are flourishing, people are happy, and the country is in recovery. Although much was lost in the turmoil of the previous year, the country was feeling as if they’d dodged a bullet.

Dave Cavanaugh, the silver haired outdoorsman, mountain hiker, and billionaire dubbed the “Richard Branson of the Rockies,” presses ahead with his audacious plan to build walled, gated communities across the country to preserve art, science, medicine, and religion. These Arks of America are planned to be islands of hope during times of strife, chaos, and uncertainty.

An early investor in the program, Liz Pendleton, the beautiful auburn haired actress from Kentucky, is back at work making movies. Both she and Dave are concerned for Vince Cavanaugh, the billionaire’s nephew, a divorced, gruff ex-Special Forces soldier who’s experiencing a deep personal calamity, leaving him a shell of his former self.

Without Vince the entire Arks of America program could fail.
